At TapOut MMA Academy, we know the truth – women are so much tougher than men!  They often just need to find a way to unleash their power.

That’s exactly what we do in our Ladies Cardio Kickboxing classes at TapOut Academy.  These classes help our ladies to become fit, lean and strong and most importantly, to connect with their inner fighter.  No matter your age, size or fitness level, these classes will make you feel good about yourself in a way that few other activities can.

This programme is run by ‘Coach G’ Gert Strydom, which gives our ladies the added advantage that not only will they have fun while getting their heart rates up, but they will learn how to box like pro’s too!

Whether you have never trained in a martial arts or kickboxing environment before, or whether you are training for your next big fight, our ladies cardio kickboxing programme will get you fitter and happier than you have ever been before!  It changes lives.

Class Information:

Your first lesson is FREE.
Classes are open to women across any age group, fitness level or dress size!

Ladies Cardio Kickboxing Classes take place on  Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.  There are 2 classes – one from 06.00 to 07.00 and the other from 10.00 to 11.00.

Class fees are R 700.00 per month for as many session as you like and fees are payable in advance for the month.

What to wear & bring:

Wear any comfortable gym gear.  Shoes are optional.  For getting you started, we have all the other equipment you need but you are also welcome to purchase your own gloves etc from us at a later stage.
Bring a bottle of water (although you can also buy at our coffee shop), as well as a towel.
If you would like to shower after your session, bring whatever you will need for this too!
